Chris at Future Nissan Roseville was a great guy. Although we ended up going a different direction for our car, I wouldn't hesitate to work with this dealership or Chris in future. Chris was helpful and informative without being pushy which was very much appreciated.

So glad I went to Nissan as oppose to the other locations. Chris Wildrick and Shane were the best! They helped me get approved quickly despite some descrepencies I had and were very thorough with all the details to my loan. They spent about 2 days bending over backwards getting me in the car I really wanted with payments I could afford. I definitely would recommend Nissan but especially Chris and Shane.

I stopped by the parts department to have the battery replaced in my key fob (around $6) and Bill provided excellent customer service. It made my day! After replacing my battery, Bill asked if I knew how the remote start button worked on my remote. I told Bill that I tried once and I didn't have the patience to read the manual. Bill understood and walked outside to my vehicle went through the features of using the remote start.
