I found Future Nissan of Roseville about 7 years ago. I have been very satisfied customer with their service department. I like how their Service Advisors Shane and Glen makes me feel like a valued customer and always treat my vehicles like it was their own. My last visit to service my Nissan Truck was especially good since I found out that Future Nissan give us veterans a discount. Shane asked if I was a veteran and told me they offer service discounts to veterans. I have gone to Future Nissan because of great service department but also for their competitive cost with other service departments in the area. Now I have one more incentive to get my truck maintained by Future.
We wanted to take a moment and thank the Finance Manager Joseph "Dragon" Arrighi for all his help for us to get a first car for our daughter. Also we would like to thank salesperson Edgar Olmedo and Sales manager Jay Hassire for their great service at Future Nissan. Absolutely wonderful customer service. Not pushy. I knew exactly what we wanted and did not sell us anything more than we could afford, actually found some incredibly good rebates which made it more affordable. I would strongly suggest going to future Nissan.
I has a great experiences with Jay whi was really kinda and humble and not pushy at all. Also William the sales guy Made me feeling confortable and was willing to go avive and beyond to make sure i hoy the Nissan Murano i wanted. But i felt like i lost my Trust with this Dealership coz first i signed my papers before test driving the real car i wanted coz i wanted one with a molnroof of which they said they were to get It From Antioch their sister Dealership by the next day. So i signed a car that had 38 miles in It which i was ok with that but when i went the foloowing day i was toldos that i needed to sign a new contract coz the car i signed For the day before had a body damage and they got be antes exsct

I always go into the car buying experience with low expectations. I expect it to take forever, and to be thoroughly annoyed with the process. I was pleasantly surprised with the process at Future Nissan, as it was nothing like what I was expecting. Justin Buban showed me to several trucks that fit what I wanted and didn't pressure me into anything. I found the truck I loved, and he ran the numbers for me and I was able to get exactly what I wanted. He made stayed with me while the paperwork was being printed up to make sure I wasn't sitting by myself wondering what was going on. I highly recommend going to see Justin Buban at Future Nissan is you're looking for a new vehicle!
